1/ The first step in the construction process is the laying of fondations.

2/ Depending on the streng of the ground, different types of foundation can be used.

8/ These comprise of a reinforced concrete pad that distributes the loading from the structure to a level that can be resisted by the ground.

9/ Steel holding down bolts are cast into the concrete foundations ready to accept the factory made steel components
